Great location, close to public transportation and popular attractions. Easy check-in and check-out process. Spacious and tastefully appointed rooms, with comfortable beds and pillows that provided proper neck support.

Lack of cleanliness in the rooms, with visible dust and unclean dishes. Insufficient sleeping materials and toiletries provided for the number of guests.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from both Nakaokachimachi metro station and Ueno station. It's also conveniently close to the train station and within reach of Narita airport. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the modern design adds a stylish touch. the hotel facilities, including the well-equipped kitchenette and good shower water pressure, make for a comfortable stay.

Our room at Minn Ueno was spacious and comfortable, with ample space for our family. The beds were clean and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped and the laundry facilities on-site were a bonus. The staff, especially the person who helped us with luggage storage, was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The room was spacious, accommodating up to 6 people, perfect for our group of 3. We appreciated the presence of a fridge and freezer, which is not always available in other hotels. The small kitchenette was a nice bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals if we preferred. The location of this venue was ideal, with 2 subway lines conveniently nearby, as well as a 7/11 and Familymart for any immediate needs. we were satisfied with the enhanced comfort and amenities provided during our stay.

While we had a positive experience at this hotel, we did encounter minor inconveniences. The check-in process, advertised as contactless, required us to contact the staff in order to receive an additional key card.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a good distance from the bustling business area and a short walk to Ueno station. It is also accessible to Narita airport via a fast and comfortable train. The room is spacious and can accommodate a small group, with ample storage space. The bathroom is clean and the shower is excellent. The staff, although not always present, are helpful when available. it is a great stay for the price.

One negative aspect is the lack of soundproofing in the apartment, both between the sleeping areas and towards the rest of the building.

We loved the roomy couch, great view of Skytree, and proximity to Ueno Station and Ameyoko market. Beds and lighting were excellent, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. Convenient location for transportation and various dining options nearby.
